The highly anticipated browser game based on ancient Chinese history, Three Kingdoms Online, is releasing its English version on the 3rd of December. Deeply rooted in the traditional culture, Three Kingdoms Online unfolds an epic warring era between different kingdoms of a divided China. It borrows from elements of RPG, strategy and management games and combines into a browser game with high quality graphics. Players will get a unique experience never found before.

Three Kingdoms Online was first released in China, causing sensational popularity almost immediately upon release. Currently the game has about 30 million registered users and the servers are over 200. Due to its supreme quality and innovative creativity, Three Kingdoms is an overall success in China. It won the ChinaJoy "Best Browser Game" award in 2008 and 2009. At the same time, Three Kingdoms also has released in the Japanese and Vietnamese market, and received very positive feedbacks from critics and players alike.

Historically Based
The Three Kingdoms period (169-280AD) is a historic period in ancient China. The nation was divided into three kingdoms and their quest for total domination has been a fascinating topic for historians and gamers alike. The publishing of The Romance of Three Kingdoms (14th century) has turned this part of Chinese history into the most famous piece of literature, including vibrant and intriguing stories on heroes, weapons, war strategy and diplomatic tension.

The game allows players to compete and cooperate with other players, allowing much more realistic diplomatic and military actions. Wei: More powerful but also more expensive soldiers. Extra space for construction, allowing faster development. More powerful in the late stage of the game.

Shu: Produces the most cost-efficient soldiers. Very aggressive in the early stage. Recommended for players more with a invading mindset.

Wu: Highly effective Secret Stores to protect your resources when you are attacked. Defensive players are more suitable for this. Can be easily neglected and undervalued by others, and their counterattack is quite a surprise.

Production, Infrastructure, Military    
The game is rich in features and depth. Players must manage and balance between producing resource, infrastructure building and military development. There are premium features of the game to make this process easier, but you may find it rather rewarding to be the sovereign ruler of a well balanced kingdom as the result of your hard work. There are various buildings, technology, and upgrades to help you to become a power threatening force. This is the chance for you to experience what it’s like to be a Chinese warlord in the most dynamic era of this ancient and vast country.

Leagues and Diplomacy

Diplomacy is always important in games. And it just got more intense with the Three Kingdoms Online. Try negotiating with real players instead of predictable and easily manipulated AIs.
